Blocks define the targeting and logic of a flow. They’re also used to store state as well as content that developers can access to build experiences with.

Blocks are connected by paths that define how a user will transition through the flow.

There are various types of blocks that have different capabilities.

Start blocks

Start blocks define which users will enter a flow.

Component blocks

Component blocks represent components and manage state and content that you can use with our pre-built components or your own custom experiences.

Logic blocks

Logic blocks allow you to define explicit flow control rules.

Action blocks

Action blocks trigger specific side-effects when reached.
